Incode Technologies, a provider of facial recognition-based identity verification and authentication solutions, raised USD 220 million in Series B funding led by General Atlantic and SoftBank, with participation from J.P. Morgan, Capital One Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, DN Capital, 3L Capital, Framework Ventures, Dila Capital and several others. The round brings the company's total funding to USD 257.1 million at a valuation of USD 1.25 billion.
The funds will be used to expand operations and global reach.
