Goggo Network brings delivery droids and ADVs to Madrid

Partnerships

  • Goggo Network, a German autonomous mobility solutions provider, has announced plans to launch a delivery droid and an autonomous delivery vehicle (ADV)—an autonomous food truck named “Goggo Cart”—in Madrid, Spain starting January 2022. The company claims Goggo Cart to be the first autonomous food truck in Europe.

  • The delivery droid will be deployed in partnership with Glovo, a local home delivery company. During the initial tests, the droids will be launched in the Salamanca district, delivering items to residents.

  • Goggo Cart is configured to autonomously go to local restaurants to restock. Customers can place orders via the attached touchscreen or the app, and payments can be done via mobile phones or cards.
