Colombian BNPL service provider Addi has raised a total of USD 205 million in a combined debt and equity funding round, bringing its valuation to USD 700 million.
The equity funding came from Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, GIC, and Softbank Group's Latin America Fund (among others), while the debt financing came from Goldman Sachs Group. The latest round brings its total funding to USD 376.3 million.
<ul><li>The round follows Addi’s Series B round worth USD 35 million in May 2021, as well as an extension of USD 75 million in September 2021 . The company plans to funnel the fresh capital into growth initiatives to expand its presence in Latin America.</ul>
