GoStudent, an online tutoring platform, raised EUR 300 million (~USD 340 million) in a Series D funding round led by new investor Prosus, with participation from Deutsche Telekom, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Tencent. The round follows its EUR 205 million Series C round in June 2021 and brings the company’s total funding to USD 669 million, and values GoStudent at EUR 3 billion.
