Sightcorp acquired by Raydiant to improve its in-location experience management platform

M&A

  • Raydiant, a provider of an in-location experience management platform, has announced the acquisition of Sightcorp, a provider of facial recognition-based audience intelligence and in-store analytics solutions, to jointly develop solutions for personalized on-screen, in-location experiences targeting retailers, restaurants, etc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • Sightcorp’s proprietary technology will be integrated with Raydiant’s to provide media buyers and advertisers with insights based on data visualizations and live analysis of customer data.

  • Sightcorp expects to open offices in Lithuania and London in 2022 and to grow its European team from 20 to 100. Raydiant is also hiring across the US and internationally to accompany Sightcorp’s new offices.
