Softr, a no-code platform to build business applications, raised USD 13.5 million in Series A funding led by FirstMark Capital with participation from AtlanticLabs and Christian Reber. This round brings the company’s total funding to USD 15.7 million.
The company also announced its plans to develop its product offering further by creating a template and component marketplace that enables users to create and sell apps in the form of templates, as well as find and use third-party components built by the community.
Additionally, Softr revealed plans to become a data-agnostic platform that supports additional data sources (such as Google Sheets, relational databases, and Rest APIs).
