Spekit raises USD 45 million in Series B funding

Funding

  • Spekit, a just-in-time digital adoption and enablement platform, raised USD 45 million in a Series B funding round led by Craft Ventures with participation from Felicis, Operator Collective, and Matchstick Ventures. The funding follows its USD 12.2 million Series A funding round in March 2021 and brings the company’s total funding to USD 60 million. As a result of the investment, Brian Murray (partner and COO, Craft Ventures) will join the company’s board of directors.

  • The fresh funds will be used for platform development and to expand the team.

  • The company also reported that after its fundraise in March 2021, its headcount increased 3x and revenue expanded by more than 300% YoY. Its customers include Uber Freight, Snowflake, Outreach, Southwest Airlines, and Invesco.
