Parade, an online freight matching company, has raised USD 12.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Greenhawk Capital, Jones Capital, Jones Capital, The House Fund, Oriza Ventures, and unnamed supply chain and freight tech companies.
The company intends to utilize the funds for further product development, to expand its team, strengthen integrations with third-party partners, and expand its customer base.
Parade offers an AI-based truckload capacity management platform for brokers and third-party logistics companies to locate and book trucks online across North America. Its platform can also be integrated with other carrier onboarding and transportation management systems (TMS) such as McLeod Software, FMSCA, Aljex, and My Carrier Packets. Its customers include freight brokers such as Armstrong Transport Group, Schneider, and Worldwide Express as well as XPO Logistics, Ally Logistics, and Cargobarn.
