CoachHub, a talent development platform, acquired the coaching division of Austrian consultancy firm Klaiton for an undisclosed sum. This marks the company’s second acquisition in the past six months.
The acquisition allows CoachHub to acquire 500+ corporate coaches from Klaiton as well as its strong market presence in Austria; consequently, CoachHub has more than 3,500 coaches on its platform. Additionally, CoachHub and Klaiton will combine their expertise to deliver personalized staff development programs worldwide.
Klaiton stated that it will retain its core business, namely consultancy services for enterprise clients across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
Founded in 2015, Klaiton is a learning and development platform that offers proprietary AI-based technology to connect consultants with businesses. The company was founded by management consultants Tina Deutsch and Nikolaus Schmidt and currently has 750+ consultants on its platform.
