CoachHub acquires the coaching division of Austrian consultancy firm Klaiton

M&A

  • CoachHub, a talent development platform, acquired the coaching division of Austrian consultancy firm Klaiton for an undisclosed sum. This marks the company’s second acquisition in the past six months.

  • The acquisition allows CoachHub to acquire 500+ corporate coaches from Klaiton as well as its strong market presence in Austria; consequently, CoachHub has more than 3,500 coaches on its platform. Additionally, CoachHub and Klaiton will combine their expertise to deliver personalized staff development programs worldwide.

  • Klaiton stated that it will retain its core business, namely consultancy services for enterprise clients across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

  • Founded in 2015, Klaiton is a learning and development platform that offers proprietary AI-based technology to connect consultants with businesses. The company was founded by management consultants Tina Deutsch and Nikolaus Schmidt and currently has 750+ consultants on its platform.
