Conductor, an enterprise-level search engine optimization (SEO) platform specializing in organic marketing, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ContentKing, a real-time SEO auditing and monitoring solution for an undisclosed amount.
Based in the Netherlands, ContentKing provides 24/7 monitoring of a customer’s websites and other online assets. The platform uses algorithms to provide fully automated insights as well as real-time alerts for when an issue occurs on a customer’s website. As of February 2022, ContentKing had 2,000+ customers including Addidas, FedEx, Vodafone, H&M, and UNICEF.
With the acquisition, Conductor claims it would help extend its leadership in the SEO space for enterprises by providing a more complete solution for SEO-related workflows. In particular, Conductor hopes to leverage ContentKing’s real-time monitoring capabilities to provide a more integrated and proactive workflow for marketers.
