<ul><li>Petco, a pet retailer that sells pet food and other supplies, entered into a partnership with on-demand pet care service Rover to extend services for its petco.com and Petco's Vital Care membership program.</ul>

• The partnership allows Petco users to access Rover’s services through its proprietary platform. Its services include pet sitting, boarding, house sitting, dog walking, doggy daycare, and drop-in visits. First-time users will be eligible for a one-time discount of USD 10. Additionally, Petco's Vital Care members will receive a one-time discount of USD 20 with effect from Spring 2022. In turn, Rover aims to promote Petco’s health and wellness program “Vital Care” to its users. 

• PetCo offers a range of pet services such as veterinary services, pet grooming, dog training, adoptions, and pet insurance. PetCo had been operating full-service hospitals and vaccination clinics offering wellness and preventive care, routine care, surgeries, and dental care for pets. As of March 2022, PetCo operated in more than 1,500 locations in the US, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, including a network of more than 150 in-store veterinary hospitals.
