Israel-based quantum hardware and software company Quantum Machines (QM) has acquired Danish quantum hardware startup QDevil. The terms and financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Through the acquisition, QM will gain access to QDevil’s expertise and capabilities in the development of auxiliary electronics and quantum hardware. It will also integrate QDevil’s products, including a low-noise voltage generator QDAC, into QM’s Quantum Orchestration Platform (QOP) to enable enhanced qubit control. QDevil’s team of physicists and engineers will join QM.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval from the Danish Government.
