KeepTruckin rebrands as Motive; introduces Automated Operations Platform

Product updates

 • KeepTruckin, a fleet management technology provider, has rebranded as “Motive” as it expands its offering beyond truck industry tech.

 • In conjunction with the rebranding, the company also launched “Automated Operations Platform,” a suite of IoT hardware and AI-powered applications designed to connect and automate physical operations such as vehicle and equipment tracking, driver safety, compliance, maintenance, and spend management.

Analyst QuickTake: Motive has been expanding its services beyond trucking to include the construction, oil and gas, food and beverages, delivery, and agriculture industries in the recent past as a measure to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, last July, the company raised USD 190 million in a Series E funding round, partially to continue developing AI-powered products.
