Templafy, a Danish B2B document creation platform, announced its Series D funding round worth USD 60 million. The round was led by Blue Cloud Ventures and included participation from Insight Partners, Seed Capital, Dawn Capital, and Damgaard Co.
The round follows the company’s USD 25 million Series C funding round in April 2020, bringing the total financing to USD 125 million. The fresh capital will be funneled toward exploring potential growth opportunities. The company claimed that its net new ARR increased 121% YoY in Q1 2021.
Founded in 2014, Templafy centralizes a company’s contents, such as documents, emails, and presentations, under one platform and allows distributed employees to access them securely. The platform integrates with tools such as Microsoft and Salesforce and enables teams to pull on necessary documents to complete their work. Templafy houses 400 employees, growing 68% since April 2020. The company, headquartered in Copenhagen, also has offices in London, New York, Berlin, Eindhoven, and Sydney. It serves 600 customers with a focus on large enterprises. Some of its customers include Ikea, KPMG, and Pandora.
