Transflo, a developer of a mobile and cloud-based platform to automate transportation and supply chain processes, has appointed Renee Krung as its chief executive officer (CEO) and Bill Vitti as chief revenue officer (CRO) and president to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Outgoing CEO Frank Adelman will serve as the chairman of the board.

Before joining Transflo, Krug served as the CEO of GlobalTranz, a third-party logistics provider. She has also held leadership positions at Swift Transporation and Honeywell.

Vitti brings over more than 25 years of experience in the transportation field. Notably, he has served as the chief commercial officer at Truckstop.com and has held leadership roles at Swift Logistics and Swift Transportation.

Transflo offers software applications and services for the truck-based transportation industry across the US and Canada. It provides real-time communication capabilities for fleets, brokers, and drivers, including the digitization of shipping documents, route planning, identifying weigh station bypasses, navigation, mobile document scanning, and mobile fueling.
