Klima, a German-based mobile app to calculate and offset carbon footprint, raised EUR 10 million (USD 10.6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Keen Venture Partners. The round brings Klima’s total funding to EUR 15.8 million (USD 16.8 million).
The company expects to use the proceeds to develop its newly launched B2B platform “Klima for Teams,” and intends to expand its geographical footprint across the US and Central Europe (DACH region—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
The round was also supported by new investors HV Capital, 468 Capital, and Adjacent. Existing investors including Headline, Pitch Founder Christian Reber, Wooga Founder Jens Begemann, Blinkist Co-founder Niklas Jansen, and Tier Mobility Founder Lawrence Leuschner with his Blue Impact Fund, also participated.
