Jellysmack, a creator video content promotion and distribution platform, has acquired YouTube analytics company AMA Digital. This marks Jellysmack’s second acquisition.
Founded in 2019, AMA Digital provides analytics for YouTube creators to improve viewership and revenue by leveraging data to optimize content, engage fans, and develop systems to streamline content creation strategy. Currently, AMA Digital’s clients have a collective subscriber count of ~60 million.
The acquisition will allow Jellysmack to integrate AMA Digital’s data analytics platform into its content-distributing creator program and use AMA Digital’s data to enhance its USD 500 million catalog licensing program.
