Genetic testing company Kailos Genetics has been acquired by omics-based health navigation company HealthOme for an undisclosed amount.

With the acquisition, HealthOme aims to leverage Kailos Genetics' expertise to enhance its testing services and position itself to become the first integrated precision health management company focused exclusively on the life insurance sector. The integration provides access to advanced technology and research, expands the service portfolio, and brings together a team of experts in genomics and clinical diagnostics development. 

The acquisition also allows Kailos Genetics to diversify its business model and tap into new markets through the insurance industry's distribution channels, facilitating future growth and success for both companies.
