<p>Wonder Group, food delivery startup founded by American entrepreneur Marc Lore, has completed the acquisition of the meal kit delivery platform, Blue Apron, at a purchase price of USD 13.00 per share.</p>
<p>Post-acquisition, Wonder plans to integrate Blue Apron’s meal kit and prepared meal offerings into Wonder’s product portfolio. Blue Apron’s services will continue as normal; however, Blue Apron deliveries within Wonder delivery zones will be carried out by Wonder’s courier network.</p>

Wonder Group completed acquisition of Blue Apron

Grubhub has launched an on-demand delivery feature for self-delivery restaurants on its platform, allowing them to request a driver for a $5 fee. Mindful Chef and fast-food brand LEON have partnered to introduce four healthy fast food recipes. Grubhub has partnered with Starship Technologies to bring robot delivery services to Sam Houston State University in Texas. ChowNow has teamed up with Boostly to offer integrated SMS marketing for restaurants. Deliverect has partnered with Uber Direct to provide white-label delivery services. Blue Apron is set to be acquired by Wonder Group, an online food delivery company.
