Standard Casualty partners with ZestyAI to improve risk assessment of manufactured homes

Partnerships

  • ZestyAI, a provider of AI-powered climate and property risk analytics, has partnered with Standard Casualty, a specialist property insurer for manufactured homes.

  • The partnership will utilize ZestyAI's Z-PROPERTY, Z-FIRE, and Z-HAIL solutions to improve risk assessment and policyholder engagement, particularly in high-risk states such as Texas, Georgia, Arizona, and New Mexico.

  • Standard Casualty will leverage ZestyAI's platform to gain faster and more accurate insights into property risks. This will help identify and address specific vulnerabilities before disasters strike while maintaining comprehensive coverage for manufactured homeowners.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The frequency of natural catastrophes has increased significantly across the US, leading homeowners insurers to increasingly seek the support of climate risk analytics companies to help predict such natural disasters. This was evident in ZestyAI’s similar partnerships with Amica Mutual Insurance , a provider of auto, home, and life insurance, and Florida Peninsula , a provider of homeowners insurance, to deploy its property and climate risk analytics platform to improve the underwriting accuracy of property claims.
