The terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but it is set to be completed in the coming months. Tazz has a significant presence in Romania, operating in more than 35 cities and providing services such as restaurant, grocery, and retail delivery. It also benefits from integration with eMAG's Genius subscription program.</p>
 <p>Once the acquisition is complete, Wolt plans to introduce its brand in Romania, keeping Tazz's integration with the Genius program intact. Wolt's technology and operational skills combined with Tazz's local market knowledge could result in improved services for both consumers and merchants. </p>
