Additionally, 75% of users experienced more joy in their work, while 87% reported providing better patient care and experiencing less burnout when using the solution.

Key partnerships and customers

As of July 2024, Elation Health had partnered with more than 32,000 primary care providers, including Crossover Health, Cityblock Health, and Firefly Health. As of the same date, the company had cared for over 15 million patients through its EHR platform.

In July 2024, the company partnered with Astrana Health, a provider-centric healthcare company, to empower independent primary care physicians by providing them with the tools and infrastructure to participate in value-based care models successfully. Through the partnership, Elation agreed to provide its electronic health record (EHR) platform, practice transformation tools, and billing technology, while Astrana agreed to offer its value-based care platform, including value-based contracting, population health analytics, care management solutions, and administrative services.
