Based in Toronto, Vetster is a provider of veterinary telehealth services. As of November 2024, the company operated with over 6,000 licensed veterinary professionals in the US, Canada, and the UK. Vetster provides solutions to pet issues such as behavioral and dietary concerns, skin issues, minor wounds, gastrointestinal issues, and also provides wellness training. The Pet owners can use filters in the platform to sort through veterinarians depending on availability, budget, etc and connect through video, chat, and voice-enabled appointments 24/7. Vetster offers a subscription plan called Vetster Plus for USD 10 per month, billed annually at USD 120, which includes unlimited live chat, four video appointments per year, and coverage for all pets. Alternatively, single appointments are available starting at USD 50 each.

In addition to this, Vetster also launched an online pet pharmacy “VetsterRx” in August 2021 which includes pet medication delivery for US customers. VetsterRX includes around 1,000 medications, supplements, and pet products.
