In 2023, the company surpassed USD 100 million in savings for its customers. Its next goal was to surpass USD 1 billion in customer savings. 

In February 2024, Remodel Health acquired PeopleKeep, a company specializing in automated benefits administration software. Post-acquisition, Remodel Health would merge its personalized white-glove service with the efficiency of PeopleKeep's automated solutions. This fusion was expected to expand their service capacity, allowing them to serve more clients, from start-ups to growing businesses.

Remodel Health primarily targets its health benefits solutions toward organizations across various sectors, including brokers and agents, enterprise businesses, small businesses, schools and universities, churches and ministries, and nonprofit organizations. Some of its key customers are Crossroads Church of Avon and Eckhart & Company.

In 2018, the company formed a partnership with Brotherhood Mutual, a century-old insurance company. The partnership leveraged Remodel Health's platform to offer health benefits to over 60,000 churches​​​​.
