44.01 is an Omani carbon sequestration company operating from its UK office. The company plans to mineralize carbon dioxide (CO2) captured from both flue-gas capture and direct air capture (DAC). According to the company, Oman’s geology suits CO2 storage, with the potential to store trillions of tons of CO2.
