 <p>Karma Automotive, a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer from Southern California, has secured the tech assets and intellectual property (IP) of Airbiquity, a connected vehicle software firm based in Seattle. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.</p>
 <p>Airbiquity offers a comprehensive software suite, providing solutions such as over-the-air (OTA) updates, software development tools, and data management and analytics. The company's technology deployment spans more than 60 countries and several sectors of the transportation industry.</p>
 <p>Post-acquisition, Karma Automotive intends to incorporate Airbiquity's software into its Karma Cloud Services and in-vehicle technology. The goal is to create a new product platform leveraging the competencies of both companies, catering to a wide array of customers in the transportation sector.</p>
