BuyerAssist’s B2B enterprise sales platform can be used to share contract proposals, pricing, and legal documentation. The company was founded in 2020 by Amit Dugar, Shankar Ganapathy, and Shyam HN (alumni of MindTickle, a platform that helps organizations train sales representatives).
In June 2021, the company raised USD 2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Stellaris Venture Partners and Emergent Ventures. The funding will be funneled toward talent acquisition in the US and India as well as help launch the platform out of beta by the end of 2021.
As of June 2021, the company is focused on enterprise software and Saas companies that conduct sales remotely, with plans to enter the manufacturing and financial services sectors going forward.
