To support this goal, Enel plans to invest EUR 35.8 billion between 2024-2026, with EUR 18.6 billion allocated to grid modernization and EUR 12.1 billion to expanding renewable capacity. Enel expects to add 13.4 GW of new renewable capacity by 2026, bringing its total to 73 GW including energy storage systems.
