Typeform offers a no-code form building platform that enables marketing teams to create a wide range of conversational web forms for data collection. It offers over 3,000 (as of February 2024) templates, which includes customer service requests, quizzes, polls, and order forms to improve customer engagement. Moreover, users can showcase their personal brands via the platform’s customizable digital canvas and content tools.

As of February 2024, the platform provided a range of integrations with third-party platforms such as Slack, HubSpot, and Zapier and enabled users to import, analyze, and process their data across tools like Google Forms, Office 365, Excel Online, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Moreover, it offers VideoAsk, a tool that enables users to create interactive video-based forms. Users can choose from up to nine answer types (which include net promoter score, appointment scheduling, and payment collection) to create custom experiences as well as AI chatbots that can provide contextual responses to queries. 

In January 2024, the company launched “Formless,” a form building tool that leverages generative AI technology from OpenAI. The tool enables users to collect structured data through two-way conversations with forms that ask and respond to questions. As of February 2024, the tool supported responses in over 120 languages. 

Key customers and partnerships

In January 2024, Typeform reported 150,000 paying customers, including enterprise customers such as Intuit, Hermes, Hubspot, and Airbnb. 

Funding and financials

In March 2022, Typeform raised USD 135 million in Series C funding led by Sofina to invest in product development (which includes adding integrations), innovation, recruitment, and deepening strategic partnerships across its platform.
