Konscious Foods is a Canadian plant-based seafood producer. The company sells a lineup of frozen plant-based sushi rolls, onigiri, and poke bowls, along with seafood products such as plant-based tuna, salmon, and snow crab targeted toward food service businesses. Further, in February 2024 , the company expanded its range with Smoked Salmon, Kimbap Korean Veggie Rice Roll, and Salmon Avocado Roll. Founded by Yves Potvin, vegan chef and creator of Gardein, Konscious Foods products are made using konjac plants, tomatoes, carrots, and pea fiber. Additional feature ingredients include cucumbers and avocados, along with whole grains and legumes such as sushi rice, Jasberry rice, and organic red quinoa. The company claims that all its products are non-GMO, gluten-free, and 100% plant-based.

The company sells its products across select Whole Foods and Choices Markets locations in Vancouver while being available for food service establishments. In March 2023 , Konscious Foods made its US debut at the Natural Products Expo West.

In February 2024 , the company partnered with Protein Industries Canada, Avena Foods, and Canadian Pacifico Seaweeds to augment the dietary value of plant-based seafood products by leveraging pulse ingredients and sustainable seaweed.

In August 2023 , the company raised USD 26 million in a seed funding round led by Protein Industries Canada, with participation from Zynik Capital and Walter Group, among others.
