SourceDay offers a cloud-based software-as-service (SaaS) platform that enables companies to extend their ERP purchasing capabilities to suppliers. Sourceday lets companies manage their entire purchase order (PO) lifecycle from creation to receipt and includes features such as automated purchase order acknowledgments, order changes, digitized supplier invoices, automated three-way matching, side-by-side request for quote (RFQ) comparisons, and supplier key performance indicator (KPI) tracking. The technology also enables real-time communication and also enables companies to manage all their POs in a single dashboard. 

Key customers and partnerships

As of February 2022, SourceDay was used by more than 12,000 global manufacturers and distributors. Its customers include Global Interconnect, Mott Corporation, Hubbardton Forge, rf IDEAS, Progress Rail, Marine Layer, Napoleon Products, JBT AeroTech, Federal Manufacturing, SMC Corporation, Winky Lux, Chatsworth Products, DuraMark Technologies, Global Interconnect, VIRTEX Enterprises, Rocore, and Edson. It also has an April 2024 partnership with Infor, a cloud solutions company, for an extensive two-way integration across various Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for manufacturing and distribution.

SourceDay offers integrations with ERPs such as NetSuite, VISUAL, Syteline, Epicor, Infor LN, and Acumatica.

Funding and financials

In February 2022, SourceDay raised USD 31.5 million in a Series C round led by Norwest Venture Partners to accelerate the recruiting efforts; reinforce sales, channel, and marketing engines; and invest in operations and customer success.
