HawkEye 360, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, is a pioneering defense technology company specializing in space-based radio frequency (RF) data and analytics. The company operates a constellation of satellites that detect, characterize, and geolocate radio frequency signals from various emitters. HawkEye 360's technology enables the identification and tracking of global transportation networks, assists with emergencies, and provides data analytics services to maritime, telecommunications, and security and defense sectors.
The company's primary product, RFGeo, launched in April 2019, offers customers access to RF analytics generated by its satellite constellation. RFGeo provides coordinates and observed characteristics of RF sources, delivered in a format compatible with common commercial Geographic Information System software tools. As of March 2024, HawkEye 360 operates 23 satellites, with plans to expand to a 30-satellite constellation by 2025, providing an average global revisit rate of 12-20 minutes.
HawkEye 360's technology has garnered significant interest from government agencies. In September 2021, the company secured a USD 10 million contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to detect and map radiofrequency emissions worldwide. This contract includes one base year with options for four additional years. In September 2022, HawkEye 360 was awarded a contract from the National Reconnaissance Office's Commercial Systems Program Office to integrate commercial RF intelligence into the NRO's integrated overhead architecture.
In December 2023, HawkEye 360 acquired Maxar's RF Solutions business unit, adding two existing RF satellites, intellectual property, and a vast database of radio frequency collections to its portfolio. This acquisition, the company's first, expanded its frequency coverage and enhanced its signal activity understanding globally.

ElectReon revolutionizes E- mobility with the ultimate goal of eliminating the dependency on oil. It is paving the way for future green e-mobility solutions with a unique “Smart road technology”, by developing a Dynamic Wireless Electrification System for electric transportation. Its technology reduces the need for a large battery in the vehicle and powers it wirelessly via minimal infrastructure located under the driving lane. Eliminating the need to stop for recharging or refueling the vehicle during the day. Once the system has been deployed in the main roads for public transportation then it can serve as a platform for all kind of vehicles eliminating the initial costs. In addition, ElectReon can harvest energy due to vehicle braking and transfer it back to the electricity grid, it reduces the total amount of energy consumed by the transportation sector.
