We are enterprise software experts.  We look to co-invest with strong leads, bringing our network of coinvestors and next round investors as well as enterprise software expertise to add value.  We see ourselves as partners who can fill out a round quickly and be a positive influence, and non-competitive as we don't lead or take significant stakes in our portfolio companies.  We generally write a small check into rounds of $750k-$3M that are mostly full, being low pain-in-the-ass to entrepreneurs compared to relatively high value add.  Having been entrepreneurs, we know that's the most important part.  While we'll invest anywhere in the US, we love ''second tier markets'' that can still support major exits but attract relatively less venture funding: Chicago, Toronto, DC, Baltimore, Atlanta, etc etc!

    Index offers a no-code platform for enterprises to build dashboards for internal use to obtain insights on business metrics, investor updates and operation overviews, among others. As of June 2021, the product remains at beta, with a limited early preview. The platform provides prebuilt templates, and also has tools for users to build their own dashboards.

Its platform offers cross-platform development for both Android and iOS and supports software development kits (SDKs), collaboration, and report and analytics on the apps. The company operates in the US, Sweden, and India.

    As of 2019, its customer base rose to 37 clients (from 14 in 2016), while its workforce grew to over 30 people (from 14 in 2016). PlugXR raised pre-seed and angel funding in 2019.
