The company provides a range of services, including virtual consultations with audiologists, recommendations for different kinds of hearing devices and earphones, hearing aids, and tinnitus managing apps. The company provides an array of questions that can help frame an individual's issues after which users are recommended to have a consultation with an audiologist.&nbsp;
 
 
 The company operates on both a B2B2C basis, where it works with health plans and enterprise clients to provide its services, while also working on a D2C basis. As of September 2022, the company charges individuals USD 149.99 per consultation, and offers its enterprise clients a monthly per-member-per-month fee.&nbsp;
 
 
 In June 2023, the company

 launched a teen-focused hearing solution

Winston allows patients to consult doctors, place orders for prescription drugs, and offers free delivery to the homes of patients.The Toronto-based company aims to avoid men deferring doctor visits or withholding sensitive information. The consultation fee is covered by the provincial health plan, but the prescriptions are billed to the customer.

The users have 24/7 access to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals via audio, video, and chat options for wide arrays of physical and mental health needs, artificial intelligence-enabled (AI-enabled) triage, referrals, and prescription renewals.

 Digital hearing health company Tuned has secured USD 3.2 million in a seed extension round that was oversubscribed. The round was led by Unum Group and included contributions from various venture capital firms. So far, Tuned has managed to amass a total funding amount of USD 8.2 million.
 The company has announced plans to invest this latest funding in the expansion of its commercial team. The money will also be used to beef up the company's roster of audiologists and to conceive new offerings for its customers.
