Dock

Founded in 2021, Dock provides a collaborative workspace platform for streamlining a sales team's activities including creating and sharing sales deliverables, project management, and streamlining customer onboarding. The platform provides a set of tools for sales teams to create reusable templates that are purpose-built for sales functions such as creating pitch decks, ROI analysis, and sales videos with the ability to share across teams, as well as digital sales rooms with in-built analytics and collaboration tools. The platform also enables customer success teams to create customized client portals for project management. Following a year of beta testing its platform, Dock was launched and available for general use in August 2022. 

The firm claims that its platform is suited for firms selling to larger organizations where it provides enterprise-level solutions for managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.   

Key customers and partnerships

Dock’s solutions are suited for sales teams (deal collaboration, proposal creation, and commercial sales), customer success teams (for customer onboarding and gathering customer feedback) as well as sales agencies for product management. As of September 2022, the firm's users include ServiceBell, Origin, Lattice, Remotish, and Writer.

Dock has also entered into collaborations in order to integrate its platform with popular CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce), communication tools (Slack), and content creation tools (Typeform, Vimeo, Loom) to extend its capabilities.

Funding and financials

In May 2022, the firm raised USD 3 million in seed funding led by Altman Capital. The firm has earmarked the funding to hire 10 additional team members in 2023 to scale its activities and adoption of its platform.
