Built on top of Salesforce, Sweep enables users to create and update sales funnels via a drag-and-drop interface. Users can visualize, create, and manage their customer relationship management (CRM) processes, rules, and automations while the platform builds the backend infrastructure. Sweep also maintains a record of the processes created and generates reports for all the elements in a funnel that can be used for business intelligence purposes.
Additionally, the platform provides several pre-built workflow templates for users to streamline, document, and operationalize their Salesforce processes. These include templates for SaaS sales, lead management, and customer success.

As of November 2023, Sweep served several customers including Empathy.com, Passport, Pave, Sorbet, Eleos, and Demostack.
Funding and financials
In December 2022, Sweep raised USD 28 million in equity financing from Bessemer Venture Partners and Insight Partners.
