 Claroty raised USD 400 million in Series E funding, in a round co-led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Schneider Electric, and Bessemer Venture Partners that reportedly valued the company at nearly USD 2 billion. Claroty had earmarked most of the funding for the acquisition of healthcare-focused IoT security startup, Medigate. The new funds were also to be used to support Claroty&rsquo;s product development and international expansion. Medigate provides IoT security solutions, such as anomaly detection, to over 1,000 healthcare facilities. Claroty expects this acquisition to help expand its footprint beyond the industrial and manufacturing spaces.

 Dragos offers cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) which allows enterprises to obtain full visibility of their ICS/OT assets, analyze network traffic data, and several other factors to identify malicious behavior across the ICS/OT network. Dragos had a headcount of 362 and operates in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, as of October 2021. The company intends to increase its sales through the channel from 20% to 50% within two years, by partnering with global players including PwC, Atos, Deloitte, and Optiv.
 
 
 Dragos recorded over 100% YoY growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the period ending September 2021 and intends to go public in the long term. The company also saw around 124 electric utility companies partnering with it following the 100-day plan announced by the Biden Administration in April 2021, which is aimed at protecting the US power grid.
 
 
 In June 2021, Dragos partnered with Garland Technology, a network monitoring company providing test access points (TAP) and packet broker solutions to obtain visibility into enterprise networks, including critical infrastructure applications. Output from Garland Technology&rsquo;s TAP and other network visibility solutions will be fed into Dragos&rsquo; ICS/OT cybersecurity platform amplifying its visibility and detection capabilities.
 
 
 In October 2021, the company raised USD 200 million in a Series D funding round co-led by Koch Disruptive Technologies and BlackRock, at a valuation of USD 1.7 billion. The company expects to use the funds to fuel global expansion; penetrate new markets such as electric, oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water, and manufacturing; train employees; support events, education, and networking opportunities; and expand its Neighborhood Keeper program, in collaboration with the US Department of Energy.

The flagship product, the Forge/Station, is an industrial automation solution that can perform various tasks from machine loading to case packing and does not require coding knowledge. Ready Robotics&rsquo;s operating system, Forge O/S, is the first operating system that allows manufacturers to control robots of different brands (e.g., Universal Robots and Kuka) through one common dashboard.
