Funding and financials
In its latest funding round in October 2023 , Bon Vivant raised EUR 15 million (~USD 15.9 million) in seed funding led by Sofinnova Partners and Sparkfood, with participation from Captech Santé, Alliance for Impact, High Flyers Capital, and others. The funds were earmarked for scaling production capacity, obtaining regulatory clearances, and opening a new lab.
