Key customers and partnerships

Immuta has a long standing partnership with Databricks, a data infrastructure firm, and provides data security and access controls to users of Databricks Unity Catalog governance platform.

During 2020, Immuta saw its global bookings grow by 115% year-over-year, with new clients from the financial services, health care, insurance, and consumer technology industries, including Aon, Credit Suisse, and Daimler.

Funding and financials

Immuta reported that its employee headcount doubled during 2020.

In June 2022, Immuta raised USD 100 million in a Series E funding round led by NightDragon, bringing the total funding raised to USD 267 million. The company expected to use the funding for product development, to expand its sales, marketing, and customer success teams, double its employee headcount of 250 within 2023, and pursue acquisitions to bolster its product offering.

In May 2023, the company announced a strategic investment of undisclosed value from Databricks to strengthen integration between the two platforms.
