The platform provides users with personalized care plans, lifestyle coaching, and preventive care, which is guided by physicians and a network of nurses. In addition, the company offers simplified testing and home delivery of prescriptions. In October 2024, it launched a Survivorship Program to provide menopause care for breast cancer survivors and women at high risk for breast cancer.
In September 2024, it raised additional USD 5 million in Series B funding via a special purpose vehicle backed from a notable group of women leaders, including comedian Amy Schumer, actress Connie Britton, soccer legend Brandi Chastain and attorney and activist Meena Harris.

As of October 2023, the company had expanded to 50 states in the US via major insurance providers such as Cigna, Anthem, and Aetna, and employers. It charges USD 120–250 per care visit for individuals.
In March 2024, the company partnered with Neurotrack to discern whether brain fog symptoms are related to menopause or early signs of dementia in women. Further in June 2024, it partnered with Keck Medicine of USC to offer care plans for women in Los Angeles, California. Also, in August 2024, it partnered with Hinge Health to provide Hinge Health member’s access to menopause care.
