ParkHub started off as a B2C parking discovery platform and subsequently pivoted to become a B2B service, offering a number of hardware and software solutions for parking and payment management. ParkHub’s solutions include 1)ParkHub Prime, a handheld mobile point of sales (POS) device, which can accept multiple payment types including mobile and contactless payments and 2) a parking management solution that provides real-time data and analytics for monitoring and optimizing parking activity.

ParkHub specializes in parking management at large-scale venues such as sports stadiums (AT&T Stadium, Levi’s Stadium) and concert arenas (BB&T Pavilion, Ball Arena) where its platform includes features specific to such events, such as VIP guest list management. As of 2020, ParkHub acted as the parking management technology for the SuperBowl for the fifth consecutive year. In July 2021, ParkHub acquired Curbtrac, a parking payment platform to further optimize its payment solutions. The firm also acquired Bonfire in March 2020 to enter the camping reservation market. As of March 2021, ParkHub offered more than 220 parking locations at campsites across the country. In August 2022, the firm acquired Fuzse, a payment processing solution provider, to strengthen its payment suite of solutions. Its most recent acquisition was in October 2022, when it acquired Smarking, a parking management platform, to strengthen its suite of solutions and expand its market presence.

In March 2024, the company merged with JustPark, a UK-based parking discovery and payment website and mobile app, to offer a full-service parking software and payment solution for customers across North America and the UK.
