Subsequently, in December 2023, Lenovo unveiled the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 and X1 2-in-1 Gen 9, offering optional upgrades to Sensel's haptic touchpads, which are 26% larger than traditional clickpads. The same month marked Sensel's entry into Dell laptops with the announcement of the XPS 14 and 16 models, featuring Sensel's first seamless glass haptic touchpad designs. These implementations have received positive feedback for their accuracy, responsiveness, and user experience.

To facilitate adoption by manufacturers, Sensel has developed a Haptic Touchpad Reference Design. This design incorporates touch, force, and haptics into a 3mm thick module, allowing OEMs to easily integrate Sensel's technology into their products. The company's technology is not limited to laptops; it has also developed pressure-sensitive display technology that can function underwater, potentially expanding its applications to various industries and use cases.
