Mosaic Manufacturing

Mosaic Manufacturing is a Canadian company that specializes in developing multi-material polymer 3D-printing solutions including 3D printers, related materials, and a software platform. The company's flagship product is an automated multi-material additive manufacturing platform named Array, which combines four fused filament fabrication (FFF) printers (named Element HT) that feature a high-temperature hot end (up to 500°C) and a heated chamber, within a gantry system. The system can accommodate up to 32 individual material pods (eight elements per printer), including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PEEK, and PEKK as well as third-party materials.

The Array system includes various automation features such as automated material pods, a robotic arm for print bed removal, and AI-powered monitoring. Furthermore, the company also offers a multi-material printer (Pallet 3 Pro) that enables users to produce multi-colour prints with up to eight different colors. In addition to hardware, Mosaic offers Canvas, a software solution that serves as a control center for managing 3D-printing workflows as well as a range of materials, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and industrial-grade filaments.
