Kellanova (NYSE: K), better known by its original name the Kellogg Company, is a global manufacturer and marketer of snacks and convenience foods. In October 2023, the Kellogg Company spun off its North American cereal business (thereafter named WK Kellogg Co), while the Kellogg Company was renamed Kellanova.

Kellanova (the Kellogg Company) was incorporated in 1922 and has since grown through key acquisitions of major brands like Pringles (from Procter & Gamble) in 2013 and RXBAR in 2017. The company generated revenue of USD 13.1 billion in 2023.

Kellanova’s principal product offerings are snacks such as crackers, toaster pastries, and portable wholesome breakfast foods, marketed under household names such as Kellogg’s, Cheez-It, Pringles, and Pop-Tarts. The Frozen category primarily sells frozen breakfast foods such as waffles, pancakes, and french toast sticks, under the brands Eggo and Morningstar Farms. The Noodles and Other category comprises a range of noodles produced under its own brand name as well as revenue from its 50% stake in Multipro, a premier sales and distribution company in Nigeria and Ghana.

The North American segment accounts for ~50% of the company’s net sales, dominated by its sizeable snacks business in the region, followed by the fastest-growing segment of AMEA (Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa).
