JuggerBot 3D offers a series of industrial 3D printers designed for pellet-fed printing. Named the Tradesmen series, the printers come equipped with pellet-fed extrusion technology as well as integrated software and machine control programs that include a library of processing information. The company claims its pellet-fed extrusion technology is capable of increasing throughput by more than 30X that of traditional 3D printers.

Moreover, users can utilize a range of production-ready thermoplastic materials or develop process parameters for new materials via the company’s material testing and assessment services. The company also offers “Material Card,” a digital solution that leverages material and process data to enable production workflows. In November 2024, JuggerBot 3D launched the Tradesman Series P3-44 ASTRA, a 3D printing system designed for PVC processing. The system was developed with IPEX Technologies, a thermoplastic piping systems company. The solution features corrosion-resistant components, targeted fume extraction at print deposition, a dual-stage fume extraction system, advanced process controls, and additional sealing areas.

Key customers and partnerships

In June 2024, JuggerBot 3D formed a partnership with Additive Man, a provider of manufacturing automation equipment and services, to resell JuggerBot's 3D Tradesman Series printers in North America.

In February 2024, JuggerBot 3D was awarded USD 4 million by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to produce a large format hybrid material additive manufacturing (LFAM) system. According to the terms of the grant, JuggerBot 3D would develop a hybrid additive system that combines its pellet-fed extruder systems with a two-part resin dispensing system that can process thermoset materials at scale.

In September 2024, JuggerBot 3D partnered with Mississippi State University's Advanced Composites Institute (ACI) and Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) for a hybrid additive manufacturing project. The USD 4 million project, funded by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Manufacturing Technology, aimed to develop a large-scale hybrid additive manufacturing system integrating two-part resin and pellet-fed material extrusion technologies and reliable process parameters for consistent material deposition.
