Lotame is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data marketplace for global enterprises. Lotame’s platform enables firms to manage, enrich, and analyze their first-party data to reach customers in a more targeted manner. In October 2020, the firm launched a data enrichment tool (named “Panorama ID”) that is built on its patented graphing technology that provides visibility over the target audience and without relying on third-party cookies. According to the firm, Panorama ID would make targeted ads possible as third-party cookies are phased out while being compliant with a variety of privacy regulations. The firm claims to be a first mover in this space and as of April 2022, the Panorama ID is the second-most adopted cookieless ID solution in the world, used by more than 18,000 publishers globally. In January 2023, Lotame launched Spherical , a new data platform that is interoperable across multiple data sources to enhance the use of customers first-party data. The platform can be integrated across data warehouses and other CDPs including BlueConic, mParticle , and Tealium .

Key customers and partnerships

As of May 2022, the firm’s Panorama ID was used by 40+ sell-side ad platforms (SSPs) including OpenX, PubMatic, Sovrn, and Smart AdServer as well as 100+ AdTech solutions including DV360, the Trade Desk, and Xandr. In May 2022, Panorama ID was integrated into Google’s ad marketplace and ad manager platform .
