EasyTranslate, a Denmark-based company, provides a comprehensive language solutions platform in Europe that includes professional translation, interpretation, and localization services. The  company has developed a marketplace for freelance translators and copywriters, integrated with translation management software. The platform offers a variety of services, including document translation, certified translation, website translation, access to translators who are SEO experts, and more.

The platform also allows companies to build their own dedicated team of translators. Other features include AI-generated content, customized machine translation, a revision partner tool, role and permission settings for teams, a wallet and payment system that charges only for actual usage, a string library for storing all translations, and automation workflows to streamline translation processes.

EasyTranslate's software is equipped with features that allow users to edit, manage, and automate translations for optimal efficiency. The platform also uses generative AI to enhance its service offerings. In addition to these services, EasyTranslate offers an API solution that integrates seamlessly with existing systems, enabling immediate receipt of translations without leaving the user's system.

Easytranslate offers companies freemium and custom pricing plans based on their project requirements, alongside charging freelancers a 5% fee prior to payouts to them.

Key customers and partnerships

Key customers using the platform include Monday, Dyson, Wix.com, Acer, and Wagamama. The company notes that it provides work for more than 600 freelance translators every month. 

Funding and financials

EasyTranslate secured EUR 3 million (~USD 3.2 million) in funding led by Dutch investor Pride Capital Partners. The funding aimed to support the launch of an AI-generative content feature using ChatGPT in their translation and content software while fueling EasyTranslate's organic growth. 

EasyTranslate has experienced significant growth in 2022 through its software solutions, which has resulted in the ARR increasing by almost 250 % YoY.
