Extended Reality?

DEVAR is the creator of MyWebAR, a no-code platform that enables users to create AR content for the web without the need for an app. The MyWebAR platform offers features such as the creation of AR 3D business cards, interactive product showcases for e-commerce, real estate showcases, AR-guided tours for training purposes, and automotive product demos. Platform features include image tracking to detect 2D images and overlay digital content over them, world tracking to recognize horizontal surfaces when placing objects in AR, and QR code recognition to display AR content over it. Professionals can also use the PRO Editor tool to build custom functionality and work with materials, textures, and shaders and import custom JavaScript code, with AR content being stored on the company’s servers. The platform supports different types of 3D content such as 3D models, images, videos, and chroma key, providing brands the ability to add AR content to packaging. Furthermore, the platform is designed to support AR solutions on low-end legacy devices. The company’s AR products licensing portal offers AR content on topics such as space, human anatomy, early learning, and coloring books. As of January 2024, the company had 13 patents for the use of its in-house artificial vision technology.

DevAR's MyWebAR platform introduced multiple updates to its platform in January 2021, including object occlusion plugins, a SketchFab integration, bloom effects, curved videos, and AR object shadows. In February 2023, DevAR added the ability to upload an image for a 360-degree immersive panorama in AR and a Google Analytics integration for Pro, Ultimate, or Enterprise plans. In April 2023, it announced the launch of its Generative AR Platform, the world's first neural network for AR content creation, which utilizes a neural network to create 3D and 2D objects for webAR projects. Subsequently, DEVAR launched INCEPTIO-I, allowing users to create 3D models via text prompts backed by GenAI.

The company also provides courses on AR content creation, curated by the company’s co-founders, with pricing ranging USD 250–3,500.

DevAR offers freemium subscription plans for its MyWebAR platform geared toward businesses, with four paid monthly plans priced at USD 39, USD 399, USD 999 and USD 1,199 alongside custom pricing for larger enterprises. For non-commercial use by educators, the company offers two subscriptions at ~USD 5 and ~USD 42 per month.
