Founded in 2008 by Duncan Lennox, Barry Paul, and Dr. B. Price Kerfoot, Qstream is a mobile microlearning solution that reinforces knowledge and skills in a few minutes each day. Qstream uses a proprietary form of online learning known as “spaced education” developed by co-founder, urologist, and associate professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School, Dr. B. Price Kerfoot. The company spun out of Harvard in 2008 and launched its first product in 2011. As of March 2021, the platform was used by more than 600 enterprises.
The company’s last funding round was a USD 15 million Series B in December 2016.
In November 2021, the company appointed Dan Whelan as CEO.
