Raise Green is a climate investment platform dedicated to financing green infrastructure, clean energy, and climatetech solutions. The company operates an award-winning marketplace that enables retail, accredited, and institutional investors to invest in pre-screened clean energy projects and climate companies across the US. Raise Green utilizes equity crowdfunding regulations finalized by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to facilitate investments ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 5 million per company per year. The platform supports various investment instruments, including non-dilutive debt, equity, convertible notes, and SAFEs, catering to climate companies across industries such as energy, energy efficiency, food, water, land use, materials, climate intelligence, carbon management, and buildings.

Since its inception in 2018, Raise Green has financed 26 climate deals through its marketplace, mobilizing over USD 10 million for climate finance. Notably, the company facilitated the first Green-bond Certified crowdfunding offering in the US, raising over USD 1 million from hundreds of investors to finance energy efficiency upgrades for small businesses through the Connecticut Green Bank's Small Business Energy Advantage program. As of June 2023, Raise Green's projects have enabled an estimated reduction of 55,000 metric tons of carbon pollution, equivalent to taking 12,000 cars off the road. Additionally, the platform has created an estimated 88 direct, indirect, or induced jobs since its founding.

Raise Green's mission is to democratize sustainable investing by expanding access to capital for climate companies and investment opportunities for all. The company acquired ClimateHaven, a climatetech community in New Haven, Connecticut, focused on scaling promising climate solutions, in June 2023. As of June 2023, Raise Green has raised over USD 3.5 million in private investment and is currently conducting a community financing round open to retail investors.
